Mindfulness develops our capacity to pay attention to what is happening in the present moment without judgement. By developing this awareness we can master our own mind in order to be able to choose what will serve us at any given time.

Our everyday behaviour and choices are mostly based on our subconscious mind. Mindfulness allows us to be aware of our automatic behaviours. Just the awareness of our own thoughts, emotions and elections opens up the possibility to chose the outcome of our own life and stop the cycle of action-reaction research that allows no choice.
