Every year, we make all our coaches accessible for conversations with individuals, teams or organisations who would like to explore how coaching can facilitate change in their personal and professional lives across the globe.

Please come and join us this year with Connect 2019.

We do this in order to initiate meaningful learning conversations between two dynamic agents of change: you, or your organisation, and us, practitioners committed to helping others change. The idea is to generate future possibilities, resources & deeper understanding.

You can expect a two-way exchange where you will gain insights and learning into your current challenges as well as the benefits and impact of professional development, and we will learn and understand more about your needs and how you see the world.

Please register now. Places will run-out. We had over 150 people last year and this year, so we have to restrict the numbers. The conversations are absolutely confidential and take place over Skype, Zoom/or phone for an hour at a mutually acceptable time.  To ensure that our offer is available to as many people as possible, we are offering you a reduced fee of £5 as a nominal charge to cover costs.

If you have any questions before registering please email peter@thekairosproject.com or jo.heeson@thekairosproject.com

I was very happy with what we were able to do in just an hour. There were moments of real death in our conversation which was lovely

Connect 2015 Coachee

I learned that I actually have a lot of clarity regarding how to overcome a key challenge I’m facing in my work; I just needed to set aside the time to talk through the issue with the guidance of someone else.

Connect 2016 Coachee

My coach invited me to describe, visually, the issue I felt was ‘in the way’ and then just asked me to be present to it and to sit with it for a while – this very quickly shifted the way I felt and my perception of the problem.
