Robin started to coach in his role as manager in R&D environments. In his role as a coach he often works on professional skills, technical skills and personal issues. He likes working in areas where people no longer see opportunity or where there is a need for new perspectives as well as coaching people on working methods, team work and business development challenges.
Robin encourages the sharing of observations freely and honestly with others and in doing so very often finds, with his coachees, surprising new insights – like a gift delivered by accident.
In his activity as interim manager Robin coaches professionals, executives and management teams as part of the job – supporting people in unlocking their potential and taking a next step.
