Cross cultural coaching provides a mix of cultural know-how, awareness-building and action learning. Both content and process will be tailored to your needs – some previous themes were: Global Virtual Teams, mindful intercultural communication, building trust across cultures, creating a cross-cultural working platform, managing cultural transitions.

Teams and individuals become more competent and agile in building relationships, trust and influence across cultures as they develop more awareness and effective behavioural responses through the coaching. This increases cultural agility and sensitivity opens the way for real synergy and impactful co-operation.
